Delicious and Easy Taco Salad Recipe

 Taco Salad, Easy Recipe, Ground Beef, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, Sour Cream



Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 head of lettuce, chopped

2 medium tomatoes, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup salsa

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup diced red onion

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can corn, drained

Tortilla chips for serving





Instructions:

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.


Add the taco seasoning packet to the cooked ground beef, along with 1/2 cup of water. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.


In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, black beans, and corn. Mix well.


Add the cooked ground beef to the mixing bowl and stir until everything is evenly combined.


In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, salsa, chopped cilantro, and diced red onion to make the dressing.


Add the dressing to the taco salad mixture and toss until everything is coated in the dressing.


Serve the taco salad with tortilla chips on top for added crunch.
